"Microsoft Support Call Scam"(Event Viewer)

I have had same call on my old computer ,sorry to say when it first happened I was not to bright & did go to my computer because it was an H.P. I got thru Microsoft computer did not act right from then on I now have a new computer I bought from Micro soft store [a good price but not cheap] when I got it in mail it came with1 sheet of paper I tried to set up myself but do not believe I did correctly I still have issues & my printer is not connected & cannot reach a person to help I did get a call back from a machine a person came on line said he could not hear me hung up. Microsoft has my money & I do have computer which I believe is very good if I could just use properly & print what I need. the problem of scammers claiming to be Microsoft are quite common now the adage buyer beware is VERY true now I am beginning to think we should all deal with ONLY AMERICAN MADE products now help our own people no one else does. Money made in U.S. stays in U.S.

I waste their time often... some will curse you & try to get even by having their apparently green co-workers call you too.    

Last guy was mad after I said whats my IP address that's infecting the internet, and said something about I was wasting his valuable time... and hung up on me.   'funny

They don't. They call random numbers. Most people have a PC in the house these days and most of them are online and a lot have jus updated to Windows 10.

I got 3 in less than an hour yesterday. I like to play with them if I'm not busy.

I WANT SOLUTIONS TO REMOVE THESE SCUMBAGS OFF MY LAPTOP< A SOLUTION TO REMOVE THEM THEIR REMOTE ACCESS  LINUX SYSTEM IPv4 and IPv6 THEY ARE USING SOME SORT OF ANOTHER NETWORK ADAPTER TO ACEES MY HOME,FILES,PRIVACY, I DELETED EVERYTHING YESTERDAY, COMPLETE REINSTALL AGAIN, ONLY TODAY I NOTICED SOME STRANGE BLUETOOTH DEVICE IN DEV AND PRINTS I CANNOT REMOVE AND A USBHUB2.0 THEY ARE USING AS I CANNOT ACCESS MY USB PORTS2 ANYMORE. THERE HAS BEEN <THEIR TIME>>> I AM SICK OF HEAING OF WAYS TO AVOID THE SCAM=TOOOOOOOOOO LATE, I WANT THESE OPEN BACK DOOR/PORTS WAY OF BURGLING MY PC, FAKE APPLICATIONS ,FAKE ANTI-VIRUS SOFTWARE ANTI-MALWARE **** THEY ARE LIKE MAGICIANS WHO REAPPEAR TIME AFTER PFFFFFTTTTTT LIKE I KEEP SAYING IT'S ALL BOUT 'WAYS TO AVOID THE PHONE SCAM AND PEOPLE WAFFLING BOLLO*!K$ Yes it is a scam , most definitely blah, blah, blah . ERRRRRR WE KNOW IT IS A BLOODY SCAM AND YES IT IS GENERALLY A HEAVY PAKISTANI MALE MARK THIS MARK THAT HE SAID |TO ME I AM MARK ROBERTS< THINKING BACK NOW I TOOK A MINUTE AND WEIGYHED IT UP I WOULDN'T STILL HAVE THESE RATS ON MY IHOME WIFI AND ON ALL AREAS OF MY LAPTOP AND THIS AFTER OVER 10 COMPLETE REMOVED ALL FILES AND FOLDERS AND RESTORED MY LAPTOP TO FACTORY SETTINGS. >rights and despite at least 10 complete remove everything and reinstalling my laptop to factory settings each time they're back accessing everyhthing on my pc via ports they are gaining access to via fake apps, permissions they set in my firewall, no matter what I do I cannot rid them, any thoughts people on how I can finally remove them and their files. folders and prying eyes out my personal space and feel safe once more? Everything on this matter is all about avoiding the scam but nothng on what to look for or solutions to get rid of them, it is all about avoiding the scam and what to do if you think you may have been scammed. They have remote access now via apps. TCP. lax firewall settings etc.....PLEAASSSEEE HELPPPP MEEEEEEEE>>

THIS IS A SCAM. BLOCK YOUR NUMBER and call and ask them where are they located. The Indian accent guy that I encountered stated Florida and I asked him what was Florida's zip code and he stated that he can not give out that info. So I told him that I will have the police contact him and he asked me wh I called the police and hung up on me. SCAM
