Cant get flight mode turn off Nokia lumia 520

yesterday my phone time changed and flight mode turned on. when i try to turn it on, it keeps blinking and couldn't turn on. i have tried

-Reinsert SIM

-Factory reset

-Hard reset

but no joy

wifi still working , but cant get sim network to work.

any help would be appreciated

Try a new SIM card and if that won't work; contact your local Nokia Care center for a hands-on look.

Download NSUR (Nokia Software Updater for Retail) software. It will download 1.5Gb software and install it in phone. This one solved my problem (Same as above- Flight Mode continuous ON, Volume keys no response, no audio, no sim error, etc.). After 1hr my phone worked as usual. Network connection resumed. Use this to come out of this strange issue.

Tried, using windows device recovery tool, reinstalled the software. and did not solve airplane issue

I download the 1.5 gb software and my problem is solved but after 2 mounth the problem back again so what can i do......help me i use lumia 520

Ridiculous that Microsoft cannot resolve this problem without users having to lose data with a software recovery option.

No wonder they are losing market share with stupid bugs like this
