Hello, I have been getting the same Code 80246007 errors with the last 8.1update as well as the recent one. Had tried unroll all earlier updates, reinstall them, updated all drivers... none worked. Has someone solved this problem before? The last thing i want to do is to Refresh the entire laptop. Thanks in advance.

I bought a brand new computer with 8.1 and I have this problem... what am I supposed to do? The computer came with no boot disk or product key.
