From recently I can't update windows and I ran MS Fix it Center and it shows that service registration is missing or corrupt.

2017-08-14T13:16:17+00:00 I have the same problem Still running build 10240, but machine keeps trying to update. I get normal start up screen but if I don't wait an hour or so before signing in I get a blue screen, After waiting the hour I get normal start up but can't access internet with tiles or applications that require internet (TitanTv, etc) and can't bring up "settings"

2017-07-16T11:23:18+00:00 An error message box will pop-up about long scripts running, at the bottom it asks if I want to continue to let scripts run, and a yes or no box. When I click on no, the box keeps reappearing. Trying to close it does not work either. I have to do ctrl-alt-delete to open task manager, and end the program I am in.

IF you have a backup of your files PRIOR to when you had this problem, on any media (USB, disk, or cloud), you go to "backup and restore" in "control panel", then click on "restore my files"... choose the option "restore folders"... the click on "backup of :C"... then "users"... then "(your name)"... then choose "AppData".... "add"... then "restore"..... and voila.... your update will work again (did so myself).
