Wsreset error "'ms-windows-store:PurgeCaches'"

Original Title: Issue with Windows Store.

Every time I attempt the reset for the store (Store and other apps routinely crash after the Win 8.1 update).  I receive the below error message:

All device drivers are up-to-date (and have not changed since when it did work)

Anti-Virus is the same as it was when everything worked (Norton AV)

I launched a command prompt with administrative rights and ran "wsreset.exe".  The screen flashes over to the store, then crashes back to the start screen.  When returning to the desktop, the following error is found:

I ran system file checker, with administrative rights, and it reported back with no issues:

    Try going to 'All Setting' -> 'Apps' -> 'Default Apps' , are any of the default apps strange such as 'TWINUI'. If so I have a solution, reinstall the Photo app using powershell. If that doesn't fix it completely then try the other strange/missing apps such as mail.

    This fixed the problem for me.

    Hello Aditya,

    Thank you for keeping us updated.

    If the issue is with your account only, it means the issue is with the profile, so I would suggest you to use the new account which you have created and can copy all of your data and important things form the old account by following the steps provided below.

    1. Press Windows and x together and select Windows Explorer.
    2. Click on View tab and Click on Options at the top right corner.
    3. Click the View tab, and then click Show hidden files, folders, and drives.
    4. Uncheck the box which states Hide protected operating system files.
    5. Click Yes to confirm, and then click OK.
    6. Locate the C:\Users\Old_Username folder, where C is the drive that Windows is installed on, and Old Username is the name of the profile you want to copy files from.
    7. Select all of the files and folders in this folder, except the following files:

    •Ntuser.dat•Ntuser.dat.log•Ntuser.ini 8. Right click and Select Copy. 9. Locate the C:\Users\New_Username folder, where C is the drive that Windows is installed on, and New Username is the name of the new user profile you created. 10. Right click inside the folder and select Paste. 11. Restart your PC and check if you are able to log in to new profile which you have created.
