i am also using inspiron 7520
after updating to 8.1 my amd catalyst control centre stopped wrkng
finally i got it resolved after installing "ccc2_install" in the folder path given below
C:\Program Files\AMD\CCC2\Install
Catalyst Control Center cannot be started (Windows 8.1) Inspiron 15R SE (Insprion 7250)

It worked in Windows 8, but it won't start anymore!
No yellow triangles in the Device Manager.
Computer: Inspiron 7250
Note: This laptop has Integrated graphics. It has Intel HD Graphics 4000 + AMD Radeon 7700M Series graphics cards.
May 24, 2014 Edit: If you can't reinstall AMD using the answer below, just try searching the web for the latest drivers.

The first link is the download for the Radeon driver, and the second one is the Intel driver. They both need to be installed for everything to work properly.

2013-11-15T17:51:42+00:00 I am having DELL studio XPS 1640 having AMD Radeon HD 4670. My graphics driver was working perfectly with windows 8. But after I upgraded windows to 8.1 my screen looks blur and when I play any video on youtube.com the entire screen is screwed up.
I tried unistalling and reinstalling the drivers but no use.
Any help is appreciated.

2013-11-08T13:24:00+00:00 Windows 8.1 screwed up my graphics driver too (AMD Radeon HD 5450). It was working fine in windows 8.
I tried to choose automatic search for updated driver but it said the best driver was already installed... NOT! I had to go to AMD website and find the driver which I found and installed with all the default choices and it installed the control center and driver just fine.
Don't bother with 8.1 - you get nothing.
