how do i know if i have that NXP thing your talking about. I dont have any exclamation marks in my device manager.

Note: The update should have been applied prior to the upgrade to windows 8.1.
that may appear in Device Manager next to "Unknown Device" which indicates that a driver is not installed
for that device.
