Nokia Lumia 930 microphone problem

Hello.

I got an issue with my Lumia 930 that i bought today.

 When i've got an incomming/outgoing call the person on the other end can't hear me, but i can hear them clearly. It works when i put the call on speaker, but i want to be able to call someone and not sharing the conversation with everyone around me.

So far i've done:

Soft reset

Hard reset

Nokia Software recovery tool

Does anyone have this issue?

Is there a fix for this or should i return it?

    I have the same problem. Cortana works, phone works, put it on speaker nothing can be heard on the other end. It's just that i can hear myself on the phone. Is there any official information on that? If that many people have the same problem, I guess it is not a hardware issue?

    This is just ridiculous, we all paid a hefty price for a 930 and this is what we get. I understand there are problems but atleast acknowledge them!? MS/Nokia have remained completely silent regarding this matter. If Lumia Denim really does fix this problem where the f*** is it? Considering just doing some sketchy sideload of lumia denim just to rid of this annoying bug.

    i read somewhere else that the denim update fixed this for a user so lets hope it will work for everyone. i still cant get the denim update. ms is rolling it out painfully slow.

    I'm having the same issue as everyone else. Secondary microphone used for speakerphone and voice notes doesn't work. What is Microsoft and Nokia doing about this? I've never had a problem with a Nokia since 2001, until now!

    This seems to be a software problem. Also have the issue on the Lumia 930. When calling an using speakerphone, people can hear me with difficulty. But using skype on speakerphone works fine. Cortana can't hear me when I talk to the lower part of the phone, but does at the upper part.

    There's an issue probably with noise cancellation when using the bottom micriphones.

    Apparently happening after the Cyan update.

    MS/Nokia are you looking into this?
