Did not receive the Microsoft Account Verification Code

I am requested to verify my account, I insert the correct e-mail address for the verification, I am then requested to insert the code that I will receive via e-mail. I never get a code, I have been waiting 3 weeks for this code. does anybody have an answer to this problem ?

    I received my Verification Code which was sent in 2014. I received another one I believe it was in 2016. My phone has changed and I'm locked out of my Primary Email Address

    Would you please resend my VC I'm having problems signing in to My Account with

    Is there as problem with setting an account for Microsoft with Windows 10?  I received a text number and entered and was directed to a reply page.  Is your system up-dated for windows 10?
