Did not receive the Microsoft Account Verification Code

I am requested to verify my account, I insert the correct e-mail address for the verification, I am then requested to insert the code that I will receive via e-mail. I never get a code, I have been waiting 3 weeks for this code. does anybody have an answer to this problem ?

My Microsoft Account Verification Code, is being send, to an cell phone, that is not my cell phone any more.

And I cannot actualize my information, without the Verification code.

What can I do?

Seems to send the verification code to all the alternate contact methods.  I don't know if it allows multiple cell phone number but Maybe you could add a 2nd email account.   Or call your old phone number and ask for the code with a small explanation :)

Every time i have to troubleshoot issues concerning Microsoft issues, I waste multiple hours maybe even a whole working day with one single problem.

Your freaking onedrive webapp is not sending out the account recovery code. I'm trying to login from a vpn location and your freaking app is not letting me in. From my local pc I can login. When I use VPN, Microsoft will gracefully detect 'unexpected' things and asking me to confirm account with a code which is never being sent out. I'm trying since several hours to login to my own account to access my own files !!!!! I just want to save them and never use Microsoft again anymore, it's my last service from Microsoft and byebye !

Oh how I wish Microsoft would've never existed !

Of course there is no solution for my problem, I just have to wait until it's fixed (and screw myself until then).

This whole forum is full of gibberish, support personnel not understanding users and vice-versa, no value here.

Never ever use Microsoft.
