I am not able to login. whenever i start my pc it shows"we couldn't complete the updates Undoing anges don't turn off your computer"
I am seeing this screen since 24 hrs.

Clean Boot: After troubleshooting in a Clean Boot state, make sure to place the computer back to Normal Startup Mode following the same link.

This is the "answer"? Wow,better keep trying Google. I gave this error most of the time, wth? I cannot understand why people at Microballs cannot come out with a REAL answer.
Install the updates 1 at a time to find the guilty party. also, there seems to be an order to which the updates need to be ran in. If windows update says you have 10 important updates, read them and install them separately. For those who can not log in, run safe mode and system recovery.
I have just come out of that long road for 3 months. 95% of the answers that you get on this thread won't help. MS is no help at all. I even called them and they wanted me to pay $95 a hour to have an MS engineer look at it. No way. I say MS caused this and they should fix it.
Over a 4 month period and a full 5 days of my time, I gave up. I took it to a PC shop and they told me what I already knew. The MS Windows was corrupted by the download of an up and that the whole unit had to be rebuilt. That is exactly what I did not want to hear, but had no choice. It has take me another month to rebuild it. Suggest that you rebuild it and move on.
I wish there was an alternative to MS, but wait there is .......Apple.
I have another PC that I have spent days on trying to fix. Bing has overtaken Gooogle and it keeps popping up. I cannot get rid of Bing. It is buried in the registry somewhere.
I really am starting to dislike MS. IT is way to complicated for most people to operate and configure. I am going to back to Win 7 and Office 7 and just going to stay there.
I've been having this same issue for the last week or so.
So far I've followed the clean boot procedure and ran the troubleshooter three times.
No luck. It fails, I get the "We couldn't complete the updates Undoing changes Don't turn off your computer" message, when I start up it tells me there's important updates I need to install.
Microsoft: If these updates aren't ready to be used, can you please either fix them so they will work on all systems or remove them from being available. I'd sure like to have the confidence that I'm using a secure version of your operating system and being told I have important updates available that I can't install doesn't give me peace of mind.
The non-functioning updates are KB2962409 and KB2967917
This is very frustrating - almost to an Apple degree.
