You do realize I wrote that a month ago. :-) At the time it was a correct statement. Now anyone without 2919355 are unpatched.
Error: 0x800F0922 when installing KB 2919355
This error may appear for multiple reasons. Some common causes are VPN clients and an unexpected System Reserved Partition size.
Try removing any VPN Clients and attempt the update again.
You might be able to fix this problem by using third-party software to increase the size of the System Reserved partition.
If you have tried both solutions and you still experience Error 0x800F0922 please contact Microsoft Support so that we can further investigate your issue.

2014-07-10T06:12:33+00:00 We're at the stage of this where *nothing* will be automatically fixed. You need to email me to open a support case. Do not expect this to magically get fixed.

2014-07-10T02:16:55+00:00 I have had a very similar experience with Surface 2 Pro. Problems with KB2919355 with error 0x800F0922. I don't use a VPN client, and I was not able to extend system space (now at 300Mb) or to add anything like a system reserved space even though I could unallocate space on my C: drive that is before and after the system space. Mine goes to 75% and then rolls back. The whole thing takes about an hour! I was able to identify a security update that errors out with the same error 0x800F0922, bur is a much smaller update called KB2961908 (without KB2919355). This is only 29Kb and fails in a few seconds, but with the same error. This has taken a lot of time to ferret out, and it sucks. Help!
Same thing that has been happening to me for months now (only difference is mine goes up to 99%). No VPN, no nothing.
I refuse to arrange a support call with Microsoft and waste three hours only to be informed that they will need to reformat my machine, leaving me to re-install everything again. I guess my only option is to continue waiting patiently for someone at Microsoft to figure out how they managed to screw things up so royally.
