OK, Firstly, if you had actually BOTHERED to read centa von bacher's reply properly - or the thread to which it pertains, you would have seen that they ARE in the right thread, and were simply responding to someone else's fix suggestion.
Secondly, your "MVP" badge indicates that you have something to do with the Microsoft community, so your rude and obnoxious answers - apart from being unhelpful and unproductive - are completely unprofessional, unnecessary, and only add to the poor reputation
of the staff. There is just no need to be rude to people like that, especially when they weren't being at all rude.
Thirdly, even if they were in wrong forum, what would be the point in them starting a new thread to get help with their issue when no help is forthcoming on this issue (or other issues in other threads I have followed). Like they said, this issue has been
going since last October! It has 199 responses, and the only responses from Microsoft-connected people are ones like yours - rude, and of no help! So how about offering some real help, or else just butt out and go be a troll somewhere else - and maybe take
a customer service course while you are at it.
