    try to find somebody with a working Telus Canada collection. He is then able to share (E-mail) you the AppID. Then you are able to go to its installation page directly, and or download the XAP from a computer. That way, you get a more detailed error message why your phone is not allowed to install this app.

    The Windows Phone Store Search (what for a word) ‘simply’ does not display apps which are incompatible. One of the reasons I backup all XAP and their webpage. Although I am still not able to install the apps this way, I do get an error message which gives a clue sometimes.

    To get Cortana to work in Canada you need Windows Phone 8.1 Update 1. Until you have that update the Alpha of Cortana will not work in Canada. This thread helped me set it up right on my 520, http://forums.wpcentral.com/cortana/301097-cortana-canada.html

    In my 920, Nokia Software Recovery Tool  is suggesting to install the same software version already have. 3051.40000.1349.0001. Does it has any sense?

    As stated, it is specifically for software recovery and nothing else. Big difference with Nokia Suite right?
