how to delete the history of uninstalled apps in win 8 store

Rick When I originally posted my complaint about deleting un-needed apps from my account, I had no idea what a following I was going to have, all of them unhappy about the same issue. What is hilarious is that an MCSE will occasionally add a comment to the blog, which is in this thread several times stating in effect, "This is by design". That is the first thing that MS training teaches a MCSE candidate. Ever since Windows 98 if something is screwed up MS response is "This is by design"

From your issue description , I understand that you need to delete the uninstalled App history from the Windows App Store.

Unfortunately its not possible to delete the uninstall App history in the windows 8 App store. Its designed like that .So in future if you want install any of these apps again in your computer you don’t to have search for that in the whole App Store. You can just select “My Apps” and from there you can install that once again very easily.

I personally would appreciate if you would read the post before replying. We know it's designed like that.

The question is:

Will this be changed?

Specifically:

Will it be possible to remove selective apps from the "My Apps" section.

The idea is good to be able to install them once again on a Computer without searching, but that is not what the current Feature provides. I now have tosearch my apps for the ones I want and cannot get rid of similar apps I downloaded from the App Store to test before deciding on the one I would like to use.

Maybe I am not describing it well since the official replies always miss the Point So here is an example:

I am a Formular 1 racing fan. I try 5 different apps from the App Store. I test them and like one. So I Keep it and delete the others from my machine. Half a year later I get a new PC. I go to your "My Apps" I have four junk F1 apps and one good F1 App. I have to remember which one I used. I couldn't and cannot get rid of the 4 ones I never want to look at again.

Now multiply this by any number (for weather Apps, for math Apps, for translation Apps, for demo games Apps, for ...). The junk just piles up in the "My Apps".

With Windows Phone using the same App Store it gets even worse, because on those devices I really want to use apps.

I hope this will be addressed (fixed!) in the near future. There is even a Microsoft buisness case: You could track the deletion and Retention of Apps in users' "My Apps" to improve the Quality of the Rating of apps in the App Store.

If this is not going to be fixed at least rename it, because they don't contain "My Apps" they mostly contain "Apps I looked at once"

They should look at this another way. I'm very hesitant to add something from the Windows Store since

I will NEVER be able to get rid of it completely. Perhaps they could make a trash can folder and remember the ones I hated there?

Months and months go by and Microsoft simply ignores what its few users (in WP case) ask them to do. 

I don't know what else we can do to get them to listen to us and fix this horrible decision once and for all. Oh, wait. Actually I know. I already decided to drop WP on my next purchase. If they fixed this and many other horrible bugs I'd reconsider tough. But seeing how they are handling this and other issues tells me I won't need to. 

There have been big changes of the leadership at MS fairly recently and they are starting to notice

the exodus of customers that want things a different way.  I can not imagine anyone that wants things

a certain way being happy going to some of the other OSs (that I will not mention). Catch-22.......

Disclaimer: I have been assimilated. Used MS too long.

Having said that, I use PalmWebOS and Android... A few years ago they would have not been considered
