how to delete the history of uninstalled apps in win 8 store

when i uninstalled apps in win 8 ,,, i dont know how to delete that history because when i checked in "your apps"(in win 8 store),,

there were history of unistalled apps..

Hi,

Thank you for posting your query on Microsoft Community Forums.

From your issue description , I understand that you need to delete the uninstalled App history from the Windows App Store.

Unfortunately its not possible to delete the uninstall App history in the windows 8 App store. Its designed like that .So in future if you want install any of these apps again in your computer you don’t to have search for that in the whole App Store. You can just select “My Apps” and from there you can install that once again very easily.

    Eloquently written. Sent you some KUDOS for writing what I also think/feel about this app history.

        An extra folder for "Uninstalled Apps"  would be OK, but that they always show everything no matter if you view--"apps not installed" or "apps installed" has kept me from installing anything myself., until I can erase the history of the Bundeled apps that came with my PC.

       This is the equivalent of if I deleted a document from Office or LibreOffice and it would keep a thumbnail of it that I couldn't delete along with what I currently have, I would eventually lose the overview of what is what.

    I also want to be able to organise my apps and remove some of the not installed apps.

    I agree.  It needs an uninstall and forget setting.
