Hi,

Thank you for posting your query on Microsoft Community Forums.

From your issue description , I understand that you need to delete the uninstalled App history from the Windows App Store.

Unfortunately its not possible to delete the uninstall App history in the windows 8 App store. Its designed like that .So in future if you want install any of these apps again in your computer you don’t to have search for that in the whole App Store. You can just select “My Apps” and from there you can install that once again very easily.

Hope this helps. Please get back to us if you have any other questions

I agree too. I was visiting family over the Christmas holidays and my laptop download an printer control app for their network printer.

I would like to remove this from my app history.

I just wanted to say that I fully agree with this.  I want to just be able to try out apps without worrying about them permanently cluttering up the "My Apps" list.  The apps don't have to be automatically deleted when we uninstall them, however we should be able to select an app and delete it from the list if we choose to do so manually.

    Thank you
