    My start page has always allowed me to sweep with touch of my finger on the screen. It no longer does this. I have to manually move the screen with the arrows at the bottom of the page. What happened? How can I get it to respond to my touch again?

    So I think I have the same problem however when I go to Device Manager - Human Interface the touch screen or Usb input device is gone.... what do I do...???

    Hi yesterday I had a BIOS update and my touchscreen now is disabled. I followed your instructions and I do not see the Pen and touch option anymore. Is this something related with all damned updates? Every time updates cause something new.
