    hello I already tried that but Pen and Touch is not an option on my tab for hardware and sound. I had yesterday a BIOS update and my screen was touch enabled now is not. What should I do?

    "WinKey" is Windows Key which is generally located off to the left of the space bar on your keyboard.  Plus just a piece of advice, the customer's tutorials will generally help you find a solution, not the Microsoft's because they honestly never fix issues.  I browse these forums quite often, and the Microsoft Support "Engineers", always end up thanking someone else (or stop responding on that thread) because they never solve the issue.

    I guess if your computer doesn't have the pen and touch option in the hardware and sound menu, then touchscreen is not possible.

    I know mine is possible, because I disabled it. Now I can't turn it back on!!
