I have a full memory dump available.
How should I troubleshoot this (other than the tedious msconfig / disable stuff / enable stuff /... process)?
Locked Question. This question was migrated from the Microsoft Support Community. You can vote on whether it's helpful, but you can't add comments or replies or follow the question.
Nope. I just don't get the option to use fingerprints to sign in or to unlock.
How does the fingerprint sign-in/unlock not work?
Are you getting an error message?
I'll monitor whether the system becomes stable again.
But I still don't have fingerprint sign-in/unlock back, so the driver's actually pretty useless!
That appears to be the correct driver so hopefully will work better.
