How can I retrieve/reinstall programs from "Removed Apps" List?

Initial problems with installing MS Windows 8 prompted me to refresh my PC, as a result, most programs ended up in a "Removed Apps" List of which I cannot determine on how to reinstall, can anybody help me???
Programs such as HP Support Assistant, and Cyber Link Power DVD, and Windows Media Player are disabled although the troubleshooter states that the Windows Media Player is working properly. Again, please help.

2017-12-28T03:25:59+00:00 I reset my pc and reinstalled windows 10. As stated the non-factory apps were removed in the process and I see of a list of apps removed wanting to know if there is an easy way to restore them?
