no live streaming sites will work. states get adobe flash player but I have downloaded the latest adobe and still doesn't work.

Hi, when I started experiencing this player error, I tried to download this flash player but it always get half way and stop with the instruction to close all my open explorer but even after this, it stillstop hafway with the same instruction. I will appreciate your incite, thank you.
