I haven't read all the 15 pages, so if what i'm about to say has already been said, please don't flame me :)
Important: This has been tested on a Windows 7 (64 bits) with only Office 2010 Professional Plus (32 bits) installed, which had some leftovers from an Office 2007 Professional (32 bits):
Symptom: Update KB2760411 keeps asking to be installed, even after being reported as installed as shown on update history section.
Resolution:
1) Go to "installed updates"
2) On the top search corner, type: 2007
3) Start by uninstalling the service pack(s) for office 2007, if any.
4) Start uninstalling all Office 2007 Updates except this: Microsoft Office Access database engine 2007 (English).
5) Now, uninstall Microsoft Office Access database engine 2007 (English).
Note: If you get an error like this one: "Product: Microsoft Office Access database engine 2007 (English) -- Error 1310. Error writing to file: C:\Config.Msi\82feb2.rbf. System error 5. Verify that you have access to that directory.", please press retry and it will finish uninstalling the update.
6) Now go check for new updates on Windows Update - there shouldn't be any.

Keeper
