So when I first got his on Christmas, my start page was full of apps, now I only have these 3: Internet Explorer, Store, and Desktop. What happened? There are apps in the apps section of my computer but none of them are the ones that were there the first day.

    Hi Julia,

To assist you better, kindly provide us more details by answering the following questions:

    • When did you start encountering the issue?
    • Have you made any changes on your computer prior to the issue?

Meanwhile, since the apps are still available in the apps section, we can return the missing tiles/applications on the Start screen by adding them one by one. To do this follow the steps below:

    1. Go to the Start screen.
    2. Right-click at the open space on your screen.
    3. Click All Apps to see all the applications installed on your computer.
    4. Look for the desired applications that you wanted to see on the Start screen. Right-click on the application and select Pin to Start.

Should you have further questions, feel free to get back to us.

I upgraded to windows 10 from windows 7, if this means losing my apps give me back my 7, it seems that I down graded. and instead of giving me the run around, like all the explanations I have been reading, ANSWER THE QUESTIONS ABOUT THE MISSING APPS
