Windows Store Shows My Installed AND Uninstalled Apps in the Option [ YOUR APPS ].
I want to remove my Uninstalled Apps From this Option.

It is by design and it is not possible to remove the app history. It is used for your reference, the apps that you have uninstalled, so that you can install them in the future, if you require it.

No this is not helpful. I am an adult person with a mind of my own. I find this very frustrating that you have decided this for me. If I delete an app I want it gone, gone, gone. I in the future, If decide I want to reinstall, I will fined it again, our do without. It is designed this way, not for my convenience but for your data mining purposes.
