Hi there.  I cannot believe that this discussion is 12 pages long, several years old and has not yet been resolved.

I have just bought a surface book with Windows 10 and with Edge as the default browser.  I have come up with the same problem the original guy had when try to print out my home group password and details.

Surely it is a straight forward item to fix?   One shouldn't need a work around.  Also Microsoft now need to get it to work with Edge - you shouldn't have to revert to an earlier browser.

Let's hope it gets fixed soon!

    Amen!  Maybe in 2017.

I know this is super annoying, I just gave up, used the snipping tools to cut out the box, save it, and then opened the "image" of the directions.  I would by no means call this a 'fix', but it's a way around having to use IE.

Thanks for replying. Your English is excellent.

However the reason for this post is not to look for a work-around, but to point out that this function is included in Windows 10 ( as it was in previous versions of Windows), but  is broken. Moreover this bug has been there for a long time through several builds. MS is aware of it, but doesn't appear to be interested in fixing it for some  reason.

Hello and good evening to all! First of all, i'd like to excuse my english writing, i'm not english or american! I see a lot of people complaining about this error code (2147500037)... You don't necesseraly need to change your default browser... There's an easy way to get your password, and the explained steps, printed. When using win7/8/10, you can use the little "cutting" app, displayed by a pair of scissors.... Make a rectangular "cutout", save it, and print it! No hassle whatsoever.... I hope i can help a lot of people with this?? Maybe MS could hire me...? LOL Take care, folks!
