Problem with wireless adapter or Access point

I am having problems with my wireless connection and troubelshoot tells me that I have a problem with the wireless adapter or access point. What can I do, as the internet is not the problem. Does this have something to do with my PC setting?

    i have dealt with this issue recently and the fix i have found is to reinstall windows.
