What does the error code c101b000 represent?

I was getting this error code as I was attempting to install an application from the Marketplace. The application will download perfectly, but when it tries to install the application, it would continuously give me this same error code. This occurred on multiple application installation attempts, so I know it is not a problem with one specific application that I am attempting to install. I am completely lost on what in the world this might be. I need help here.

    I have had this grey-out problem before, but it usually

    resolved itself in several minutes.

    I had this problem earlier today with the Twitter app, but it persisted greyed-out. It's fixed now. Here's what has happened since earlier today:

    Deleted app, attempted to re-download multiple times, to no success;

    I cleared the app from the download queue;

    12+ hours elapsed;

    Phone died due to low battery;

    Connected to a different router at a different house;

    Phone died due to low battery [again].

    After these events, I attempted to download the app from the Windows Store and it installed no problem. In doing so, at some point it said "restoring data" but I had to sign back into my Twitter account anyways. It did not appear to have saved any data.
