I delete my WiFi connection I turn off my phone. Everytime I on phone WiFi connected and look alike connection save. And I cant open my google account. Anyone have same thing happened?

I was getting this error code as I was attempting to install an application from the Marketplace. The application will download perfectly, but when it tries to install the application, it would continuously give me this same error code. This occurred on multiple application installation attempts, so I know it is not a problem with one specific application that I am attempting to install. I am completely lost on what in the world this might be. I need help here.

Mine has just come up with the same error fault.. 01/03/17. I've never had a problem with my Lumia 530. I've tried all the solutions I've come across from various posts. Just done a hard reset and I still have the error. Where before I was unable to install a new app, having hard reset and still getting the error I can not install anything! Is there a solution? I have tried calling Windows Help and used their Chat help, both of which can no longer provide support for Windows Phones. They put me through to B2X who do not recognise the fault!!
