I forgot the password to unlock my lock screen. its a NOKIA LUMIA 900... HELP!!!

i have a Nokia Lumia 900, and i tried to reset it by using using the volume button, camera key and power button...but it isnt working! i dont know what else to do. i cant go to my "settings" tab and change the code because my phone is locked...i cant use it for anything, my screen is locked and i dont remember the password. i need to fix this and i need help, please someone help!

The only option if you have forgotton your password is to perform a hard reset.

  1. Power off your Nokia Lumia 900.
  2. Press and hold the Volume Down and Camera keys simultaneously, and then press and hold the Power key until the Nokia logo screen goes black.
  3. Release the Power key but continue to hold down the Volume Down and Camera keys until the phone reboots.

    Are there any chances to reset your phone after forgetting the password..as i hadnt forgotten my password..issue is i know my password but the phone isnt getting unlocked...I dont kno how...but is there any chance to get the phone unlocked..as this is the only way of my contact..and i hav microsoft lumia 535...

    I really hope you guys are still here :(

    I own an old nokia lumia 800. It broke about a year ago and i put it away and got a new phone. I lost my harddrives (a storm flooded my house, never found the harddrives back), wich containted a hell of alot of private stuff, including stuff that was on that phone (family pictures, some text messages that are very important to me etc).

    The only remainder of about 4TB of data is on that phone. I paid 120 EUR to have the screen and battery replaced even though the phone itself is not really worth the repair.

    The phone is still connected to my live acount

    BUT i forgot the screen lock code is there. I thought i knew it but i was wrong and now i can't get in.

    IS THERE ANY WAY, in wich i can get the data off before i hard reset? i can prove it's mine (live acount, IMEI number, the original box and papers,.. ANYTHING). Please if there is any way at all to just get the data off.. Through USB cable on the pc or anything, it doesnt matter what. please inform me.

    I've tried Zune, Nemesis service suite, Nokia PC Suite and windowsphone.com but none offer a solution (wich hard reset is not). I did have a back up, but as i said.. what's on the phone is all i have left now.

    i know you guys have better things to do than this but please advise me
