How do I report SCAM to Microsoft?

HELP! 

   I want to report a phonecall/scam I received - this one last night - supposedly from Microsoft.  I want these crooks nailed to the wall.  I can't figure out how to contact a human in the Microsoft empire to give the specifics I gleaned from my caller.  Hopefully, a Microsoft personage will email me back as this is not my 1st scam by phone (my CELL PHONE!) or by EMAIL from India trying to get me to follow her 7 steps to clearing my laptop of a bunch of "vicious viruses".  I got her name, phone number, web address, etc. 

Please, Microsoft person,contact me so I can turn  my notes over to you to follow up protecting your name & our safety as best as possible and "contend removed: please don't cures  thank you"

    I have had phone calls claiming to be Microsoft Tech Support That have tried several times over the last year to get me to call them or let hem share my screen.  They use 2  scams:

    1. Claim to be changing locations and want to refund my yearly fee.
    2. Claim I need to change my ip address and license key for security purposes and to "Press 1 to continue"

    I am now going through this tech scam. Last night while on my laptop my computer and the screen went crazy and was told that if i didn't do what the they said my  laptop would die forever. They took control and at the end wanted money. I said I didn't have it and was going to charge my account. I feel so stupid and foolish. I'm not a computer savy person at all and fell for it. I went to micro soft and asked for a phone number to call for help and got one. so try that. good luck betsy

    I too had a person call last night. I reluctantly gave him remote access. I took notes, but need Microsoft to return my reply
