How do I report SCAM to Microsoft?

HELP! 

   I want to report a phonecall/scam I received - this one last night - supposedly from Microsoft.  I want these crooks nailed to the wall.  I can't figure out how to contact a human in the Microsoft empire to give the specifics I gleaned from my caller.  Hopefully, a Microsoft personage will email me back as this is not my 1st scam by phone (my CELL PHONE!) or by EMAIL from India trying to get me to follow her 7 steps to clearing my laptop of a bunch of "vicious viruses".  I got her name, phone number, web address, etc. 

Please, Microsoft person,contact me so I can turn  my notes over to you to follow up protecting your name & our safety as best as possible and "contend removed: please don't cures  thank you"

    While I hope this access permission did not compromise your computer; you don't ever give remote access to anyone you don't know or don't trust of your computer.  They have no doubt planted something to monitor your computer.  At least, run a good virus scam and get a VPN.  McAfee has a good VPN

    When the scammers started calling 2 yrs ago

     I thought it was Dell concerige. Yes.

    A man with an indian accent as i listened to the office conversations all Indians scamming folks. I am wondering if its owners of Dell computers.frustrating if folks are running a business put of their home. I reported to Microsoft over a year ago. Nothing we can do. Plz do not give anyone control of your computer. Unless its your virus protection. Fyi ck to see if there are any appa,programs you did not download. Be careful.hopefully they will be caught

    Hang in there i am still receiving calls. Down to 2 calls daily 7 days a week. Definetely a scam. If you receive a loud red warning alarm. 

    Take no action. I shut down my desk top and disconnected the router. I didnt know what else to do. Be careful.

    Know I am aware that microsoft never call unless one asks for a return call after stating a time period online
