How do I report SCAM to Microsoft?

HELP! 

   I want to report a phonecall/scam I received - this one last night - supposedly from Microsoft.  I want these crooks nailed to the wall.  I can't figure out how to contact a human in the Microsoft empire to give the specifics I gleaned from my caller.  Hopefully, a Microsoft personage will email me back as this is not my 1st scam by phone (my CELL PHONE!) or by EMAIL from India trying to get me to follow her 7 steps to clearing my laptop of a bunch of "vicious viruses".  I got her name, phone number, web address, etc. 

Please, Microsoft person,contact me so I can turn  my notes over to you to follow up protecting your name & our safety as best as possible and "contend removed: please don't cures  thank you"

    I have receipt and phone numbers. This is confussing scam as the persons dialect is hard to understand. The Microsoft person gave pone numbers and address. address located an realty firm in California and number was listed in NJ? Do not have them have control of computer! I reported to police but there isn't much they can do as phone numbers are hard to trace and the police seemed to not care. Or that person is yada yada. 

    Microsoft collects scammers data that you report and refers cases as appropriate to law enforcement. Microsoft is not law enforcement.

    Today we received a similar phone call, claiming we are being hacked and they needed access to our computer. We quickly assumed it was a scam due to their unprofessional and quite demanding phone manner.

    Beware of number 01431 824620, (uk) obviously not bright enough to disguise the phone number. Never give remote access to anyone who you do not know.

    Twice in the last week I have been reviewing news on the web browser. Both times I have received a pop up that is from Tech Secure.net with a phone number of 1-877-627-2243 who represent themselves as a provider of tech support for Microsoft. Asking for a supervisor I gleaned the following information: 268 east North 18th Alabama, N.Y., N.Y. 

    The pop up claims to represent Microsoft and states I have a beech in my security software and I may be infected.

    I use all of Microsoft's products for security a well as McAfee's suite. I run a scan each evening and my software has been updated on a weekly routine.

    I immediately shut sown my computer, waited 30 seconds and rebooted. The computer tells me it is installing updated software but my prior check for updates yesterday (12/24/18) stated I was up to date. Running a McAfee scan now.

    Am I infected with "their" software?
