2014-01-14T09:40:13+00:00 I havent looked which files in particular caused the issue I was just happy that it solved for me after removing my NetBeans projects from the indexed folders. All of the projects were normal Java projects

2014-01-14T01:51:00+00:00 What types of projects are you using? Most of my projects are java based and the only file types in there that might cause this problem are mf, properties, gitignore, and yml. I'll test these as best I can. Are you sure its not just the xml files causing the issue as there tends to be quite a few of them in netbeans project folders?
