    Hello,

    I purchased the Microsoft Office  Home and Student 2016 from Dell with my Inspiron.

    I have been unable to activate my office because the digital key code is not found.

    I have been troubleshooting this with Dell for almost 2 months to no avail.  They keep saying they are going to escalate the matter and it has not happened yet. I've paid for a software and I did not receive.   

    I am very frustrated and I want am reaching out to you for support.    I do not feel I should have to pay for the product again.
