Microsoft doesn't have good backup support.

Microsoft 365 Cloud doesn't work very well; I can't find my docs.

Documents recorded in an earlier version are difficult to find.

Saving currently created documents are not filed with the other older documents recorded and stored with an older version of Word.

I've been struggling with Office365 for almost 2 months. I don't think the program is worth the effort.

Can't believe I have to pay for help with outlook mail !! Been a customer for more years I can remember! If there is another way to get help, please let me know, but must be free. That's why I picked outlook express in the first place...Do not send via e-mail as I cannot open it!!! Gayle
