How do I restore screen back to a full screen to read my e-mails?? It is now a screen split in half! Also when sending an outgoing e-mail it notifies me "error, pop 3" & tells me e-mails "not sent." What does that mean???? Please help!!??

I don't understand why the same issues reported in 2010 are still being raised in 2017 - only 7 years without resolution. It appears that Microsoft only has an issues recording department that has no communication with the solutions department.
How does reading others with the same problems help. I want the problem solved

After I complained, there was a miracle on the screen. It was actually restored to full screen when I made an
exit from my complaint page, and I didn,t touch my mouse or keyboard after the exit. Amazing. Couldn't
believe my eyes. I had been working to restore full page for 50 minutes.
