How can I fix my screen view if I cannot read the answer to my problem?
I can only view one half of my screen. Yes, I have already tried dragging
the arrow. It's not working. What do I do to see a full screen?

How do I restore screen back to a full screen to read my e-mails?? It is now a screen split in half! Also when sending an outgoing e-mail it notifies me "error, pop 3" & tells me e-mails "not sent." What does that mean???? Please help!!??

2017-03-26T07:06:47+00:00 I don't understand why the same issues reported in 2010 are still being raised in 2017 - only 7 years without resolution. It appears that Microsoft only has an issues recording department that has no communication with the solutions department.
