I do not understand your statement regarding windows not supported in your country. Would you mind explaining it in detail? Does it mean you are not able to Activate Windows?

Technet forum has many IT professionals that deal with issues such as yours on a regular basis. We've gone full circle with what I am able to advise therefore I advised that you post to TechNet forum.
Meanwhile, your installation of Windows may have corrupted on install. You can perform a "Clean Install of Windows 7 on your unit and see if BSOD's occur after that.
