I found  the exact problem that causes this freezes. My computer freezed today at 20:17. I went to the event viewer and found that at that time there is an event says that "The DgiVecp service failed to start due to the following error: The system cannot find the file specified."

Is there anyone who knows about it?

Thank you.

Hi, Tekinalp67,

Try Gloria's Suggestion from this thread-

http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_vista-hardware/error-6008/5a6138d1-e997-4d74-98a4-bb974c4114c1

-Or-

Start > Type Regedit

Press Enter

Navigate to the following key:

 HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services

Look for an entry listed as DgiVecp

If you find this, then change the Start data value to 4.

Reboot the system and see if the message is gone.

I uninstall the usb drivers and restart the computer. After that I configured the verifier and restart again nothing changed it still gives hidclass.sys bsod. I checked all the driver and they were updated. I try to technet but it said your windows is not supported in your country.  I uploaded all the dump files into skydrive and waiting a microsoft support engineer to call me. I can share the dump files with him/her.

    • Update all possible drivers
    • uninstall all unused programs
    • Run msconfig and disable all startup items
    • Run chkdsk /r /f

If after that BSODs appear again then please use Microsoft Skydrive to upload latest dump files (c:\windows\minidumps). Once done, post a link with complete details and a link to this thread on the TechNet forum.  They will be better able to assist you from here on out.

These are the critical errors that I encountered. The second one is the new one when I looked up the eventviewer.

Can it be a hardware fault? What do you think?
