i continue to receive pop up error message WLDCore.dll was not found, reinstalling the application may fix the problem.

2012-10-22T07:22:24+00:00 I am having the WLDCore.dll issue with the windows essential installatins. The dialog indicating the absence of WDLCore.dll persists. Is iit possible that the Windows essentials file is corrupt? I ask because the problem persists on Multiple systems and after multiple reinstallations on each of 3 systems.
