How do I reinstall WLDCore.dll?

i continue to receive pop up error message WLDCore.dll was not found, reinstalling the application may fix the problem.

    One can use SysInternals Procmon to see where the dll is being sought.. a whole bunch of places, twenty on my Win7 machine.  Putting a copy in C:\Program Files (x86)\Windows Live\Mail\ was sufficient.
