Nokia E51

Heya... I've just opted for the E51 over the N95, and am glad I did!! I have found this phone to be excellent in nearly every respect:

A couple of minus' though:

• Phone gets hot when in use
• I don't seem to be able to set the default contact source to the USIM.

This is a real pain in the a** for me, as I've got it paired to the Mercedes SAP b'tooth module, which only reads the USIM contacts. So every time I enter a new contact, I've got to then manually copy it accross to my USIM, or if I save it straight to USIM, I've got to copy it to phone, or I don't see it in my contacts when using the phone! AAAAARGH!!! :P Does anyone know a way around this?

If not, hopefully Nokia will fix this in a f/w update.

Mother Opera is not working on it and i cant change the fonts. The font display is too tiny. Apart from that a great phone and battery life wow wow wow.

Got mY hands on an E51 dummY. it's a bit biGGeR than i exPected. i thouGht it wouLd be the same size as the 6300. it's fine, thouGh. it's finaLLY cominG heRe in the PhiLiPPines! ;)

Hey ppl..I needed a mobile for basically wlan browsing.. kind off gprs and minimal business computing... and am in this big confusion as to which cell should i go for.. E65 (which I feel is more visually appealing) or E51 (which looks more kind off outdated cell), any help guys?? and I've read that E51 is more feature rich.. then why is it cheaper than E65..? is it just because of the slide mechanism? or am I missing something.. ? :S And does E65 have bluetooth V1.2 or V2.0??

Got my e51 2 days ago. Not done much yet as was waiting to get 8gb memory which i now have. I also am trying to change the font size as its too tiny but i cant see any changes when i choose large. I have the silver frame but would like to change it to black. It looks as if it would be easy enough to clip it off and change the front frame and battery cover. One problem i have, is holding the phone. Its so shiny and slippery its just keeps slipping away from me. Maybe the battery cover should have been made with rubberised pimpels. Its on tmobile in the uk. I am just awaiting the unlock code. I have already formatted it as i dont like networks extra's that they like to put on.
