    1. Copy and paste the code below in notepad and save it with whatever name you want but should have the extension .reg  

    2)Open registry editor (regedit) and create a new folder under HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\AppID\ and name it  {7F429620-16D1-471E-A81A-114992148034}] . 

    1. import your saved reg file in step 1 above into the folder created in step 2
    2. Restart your system and you are good to go.

    I doubt that this procedure does the trick since it contains rebooting the machine. It always works after a restart but stops working after a while.

    My notice is that it stops work (giving that annoying message) when the machine is very busy and only few RAM is available.

    Also, disabling that system notifications is not recommended since it is a security risk to your machine!
