Every time the computer is shut down, it always says installing update do not turn off your computer

Every time I shut down the computer ; no mater how often; it always comes up " installing 1 of 1 '

 

I was given help from microsoft once and it worked only for one day now it's BACK

I solved this problem by turning on all of Windows features so they could update.  I did this by going to Control panel; Uninstall or change programs then found **'Turn off/on Windows features'**in the left panel of that page. 'Turn off/on Windows features' is not listed as an option in the active window. Turning on all the windows features allowed them to update so that my laptop launches smoothly.

I have discovered that, if you download that Security Update in bulk with a bunch of other updates, it will almost always fail to completely install, and the result is Error 8024200d.

The only suggestion that I can make that works is that you should install everything else in whatever group of updates KB2835361 was offered, and save that for last, installing that one by itself.
