You need to convert the 139.7GB area from ‘Free Space’ to unallocated so the drive partition information will be as follows:
System Reserved Windows 7 Backup
100MB 118.42 GB 149.56GB 30.00 GB NTFS
Healthy(...) Healthy(...) Unallocated Healthy(.....)
