How do I make windows start-up with the Number Lock on?

Windows will remember the setting you use at shutdown, usually. If you have trouble with that, there is a registry setting you can make to do it. If you are comfortable with that, for now you can go to :

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Keyboard] (or [HKEY_USERS.DEFAULT\Control Panel\Keyboard] for all users) "InitialKeyboardIndicators"="2"

Later, you can come back to this thread when the "FitIt4me" team has the button developed to do that for you. They should be finishing up development work on that pretty soon.

My PC didn't have a Value data it was some sort of binary value and I didn't know how to change it. What I did is export the InitialKeyboardIndicator key from from my laptop to a flash drive and import it into my desktop. Now it starts with the number lock on as part of my password is numbers and it was a pain to have to remember to always turn it on.
