How do you change the screen orientation by 90 degrees (rotate by 90 degrees)?

For any Vista system. It is different in Vista than in XP.

Try pressing Ctrl + Alt + UP Arrow Keys(or one of the other Arrow Keys).

Also right-click on empty Desktop > Graphics Options > Rotation.

Thanks ' simple ' but it works well.

A bunch of terrorist kittens, ten weeks old, decided to attack my keyboard while I was out of the room, how they managed the right key combo is beyond me. Probably just trying to show off their superior knowledge of XP.

Mick, still waiting for blood pressure to subside. My lap top switched for no apparent reason today and I have spent ages trying to find a solution ~ will now use notebook to remind me. Must also apologise to my grandson as my old desk top was turned by him ~ realise now how easy it is!!!! :-)
