Need Xbox 360 Chatpad driver

Hi,

one year ago i buy a Xbox 360 Controller Made by Microsoft Corporation and a Chatpad for it. on the box was info about use for Windows-based PCs but until now no driver... so i am here to ask for some help. For now i can turn the backlight on sending

ctrl 0x41 0x0 0x1f 0x02 # Init (without this, no led wil work)

i also have acess to USB protocol analyzer (but it is not mine... sorry) to have the info that travell between the controller and the Xbox

also we can recive one key press but after it is dead.... and i dont know why... a lot of people are working on it but microsoft made it so at leas you can help us to try make a driver...

2nd byte flags:

shift/capslock = 0x01

square = 0x02

circle = 0x04

people = 0x08

3rd byte keycodes:

1 = 0x17

2 = 0x16

3 = 0x15

4 = 0x14

5 = 0x13

6 = 0x12

7 = 0x11

8 = 0x67

was about to buy one to be able to control my pc comfortable + wireless with a illuminated small gear....

This would actually be a good sales pitch for an apple commercial gonna laugh when mac catches on to this,

Windows 7..... "A chatpad used as a simple compact way to controll my pc without a bulky keyboard and multiple desktop stealing controllers."

"Thats my idea"......lol "back in 2007" If only microsoft actually read thir forums.

Seriously its been 3 soon to be 4 full years of people asking for the same thing aparently you are not reading your forums there are websites offering a reward for the first chatpad drivers alot of us dont care if it costs money were willing to spend it and im pretty sure that MICROSOFT WINDOWS 7 and MICROSOFT XBOX 360 can work together and find a way to give pc users the driver we have been begging for almost 4 years now.

Microsoft, this is crazy. please releas a driver for this. your did great with windows 7....but the comunitue needs this....a simple driver. Or relewase the info needed....

I thinking about going and getting a PS3 controller and chat pad...i dont even own a ps3. i do own 4 wireless 360 controllers but if i need a PS# controller from your gaming competitor to keep me from having to balance my keyboard on my lap while using my HTPC. (running Win 7). Google is going to sell tons of their new internet TV services just cuz they have cool handheld keyboard for it.....oh well its your money/stocks, just seems to me you could let a couple of programmers work on this project and probably triple or more your investment.

I know my parents are about to put together a HTPC thats - 2x wireless 360 controllers ($100) - 2x Play n Charge kits ($40) - 2x Messaging keyboards ($60) - 2x wireless receiver for windows ($70) - thats $270 worth of windows gear....you do the math....Well whatever. just think about it....

It is so sad that I can use my Microsoft chatpad with an iPhone with an Apple OS, with a Mac with an Apple OS, with a PSP with a Sony OS, but to use it with my Windows PC it is just not possible without tunneling it through an Xbox.

How sad is it that something which various communities have been clamoring for, begging really, since 2007 is just dismissed wholesale by the company which is in the best position to provide the solution; that solution beinga simple driver.
