Can you help trouble shoot Sharper Image Internet Weather Station EC-WS115?

It seems all servers are down as of March 2016.  I only have version 1.01 of the original software.  Is there some newer version (I've looked everywhere) to connect to an active server?

could you please send me the download   I had it on a extra hard drive   but  that driver failed me   Thank you

I got this as a gift. It came without a software disk. After emailing customer support I got a link to the the following software:

I downloaded this software.  It brings up the software images on my screen ... I can enter my home location in the software ... but the software never connects to the internet ... so I star all over again.  The installation and troubleshooting guide for this software can be found at:

This gadget is supposedly compatible with Windows 7.  I am running Windows 7 Pro on my HP Computer.

This has happened to me several times, the last time was when I upgraded/updated to windows 10.

What I found out that what I had to do with AVG is open the program  and select options then Fire wall setting then Applications then add/select the program (five-day forecast) application then apply-ok. I hope this works for you too.

Google 5 day forecaster and download it That;s the only software I have 

Not sure if it will work with win 10 or not as I have it running on an older desktop
